Used for hollow containers with an opening at one end, such as shipping containers or foam containers, and for the opening of the hollow container, to ensure a secure seal in relation to the container lid and to easily identify whether or not the seal has been opened. It concerns containers and packaging that use plastic film.

。[In this case, the sealing of the hollow container and its lid has been done by wrapping adhesive tape around it. For this reason, the storage capacity is poor, and the stored items often become smaller, and the stored items may become rotten or damaged. This is not only due to the tamperability of the adhesive tape, but also a packaging defect in protecting and preserving stored items, and related industries are demanding improvements. [Problems to be Solved by the Invention] Therefore, in the conventional method as described above, as shown in Fig. 1, adhesive tape is used! In the 4-reduction method, not only can the hollow container and the tape of the sealing material be peeled off from the end of the 1,100-piece tape, but it can also be easily re-wrapped, making it easier to remove the material. By using materials that are generally available on the market, we can improve packing reduction, eliminate the tendency to tamper with mice, and even if tampering is carried out, it is easy to detect tampering. This aims to solve problems such as , rot, and damage.

tII造をなし龜ものであるIn view of such circumstances, the present invention was made as a result of repeated thought and error day and night in order to satisfy the conventional demands. Place the plastic film in the appropriate place,
In such a state, a plastic film is wrapped using a pressurized and heated roll, and the end is thermally bonded to seal it completely, which is a tightly sealed packaging method, and further,
The best embodiment is to use a plastic film whose sealant properties are equal to or lower than the melting point (sealing point considering the softening point) of the hollow container and the lid of the same container,
It is preferable to have a structure in which a pair of perforation holes are arranged across the joint between the hollow container and the lid of the hollow container, and an adhesive portion is provided on the outside of the perforation hole. A tightly sealed packaging container produced by such a packaging method is a hollow container having a frontage at -X, and a lid that closes the opening is a sealed C-package H container using a plastic film, as described above. tII structure made by the method of the present invention.

そこで実施例を持って説明すれば次のようであります。Therefore, a hollow container having an opening at one end was placed at an appropriate position on the outer periphery of a lid that closed the opening of the hollow container. The plastic film is bonded to the hollow container and the lid of the hollow container using pressure and heating rolls, and the ends of the plastic film are thermally bonded.
1; As mentioned above, if you peel off the terminal, there will be traces of opening the package.Furthermore, on the plastic film,
When the plastic film is peeled off and opened through the adhesive and non-adhesive parts, as well as tearable perforations, the plastic film has a structure that can be torn to prevent tampering. In addition to making it difficult, traces of opening can also make it clear who is responsible at each point of delivery during product distribution. 4 medium can be prevented from decreasing. The following is an explanation using an example.

Various types of containers may be used, such as those made of P-based plastic, and preferably containers made of foamed polystyrene beads. In addition, plastic films are generally commercially available films made of the resins described above. Any type of film that has been laminated or coated (as required) and that can be bonded to the hollow container may be used, but it is preferable to Therefore, the resin melting point (sealing point considering the softening point) of the hollow container should be the same or lower, and the orientation of the film is not limited to horizontal uniaxial, longitudinal uniaxial, or biaxially oriented films, but this is better. In order to make tearing easier, a pair of perforated holes should be attached to the plastic film, sandwiching the joint between the hollow container and the lid of the same hollow container. It is preferable that the hollow container and the lid of the hollow container are bonded together.
The plastic film, the hollow container, and the lid of the hollow container may be bonded with a gap, but the ends of the plastic film shall be thermally bonded. Before plastic film is wrapped and loaded into containers, it is printed, cut to the container dimensions, and wound up into any length.During this cutting, perforations for tearing are cut if necessary, or In the pre-lap loading process, perforation holes can be cut freely. The plastic film is crimped with pressure (heat) on the container, and the wrap is loaded, and the lap start part and the wrap lath 1 part are overlapped. , Hot-bond this overlapped part using a cut cloth. The thermal relationship between the sealant properties of the plastic film and the container is such that the adhesion temperature of the sealant to the container (including the melting point = softening point) is equal to or lower than the melting point of the container resin. Not only can the flask film be easily loaded into the container, but the purpose of the present invention is to prevent rodents from tampering and to easily detect rodents (they can be rubbed,
Then, the contents of the container are 1! ! It has the functions of protection, corruption, and deterioration prevention. ◆ Learn about the results of experiments to see how the present invention actually works. When sealing and sealing hollow container lids, the sealant properties of the film should be equal to or lower than the melting point (including the softening point at I#) of the hollow container and the hollow container lid. The adhesive between the film, the hollow container, and the lid of the hollow container is applied in the form of lines, nets, dots, and solids over the entire packaging area, and the wrapping of the film and the end of the wrapping are By wrapping the film using a structure that can be thermally bonded between the films, it is possible to tightly seal and package the film. Furthermore, by providing the film with perforations or tearable lines, the strictly sealed tightly sealed packaging is made easier to handle. (Other Examples) The present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned examples. For example, '2!, which corresponds to 1/2 of the shape width of the wearing film,
The lid material of the hollow container is a film,
Containers with paper-like seal lids can not only be used by being modified to r4fl without departing from the spirit of the invention, such as by thermally bonding the film ends. This method can be used as a method for fixing a film to a container in packaging.

とができろ所にあるAs mentioned above, the present invention uses a film having sealan 1 properties at a suitable location on the outer periphery of a hollow container having a frontage at one end, and wraps the hollow container by applying pressure (including heating). The hollow container is sealed by thermally adhering the overlapping portions of the beginning and end of the film. That is, a hollow container, a hollow container, and a hollow container lid are adhered to a line shape, a net shape, a dot shape, or a hem 47' with a film having Sealan 1 properties, and the hollow container is filled with fish and shellfish, processed foods, In order to prevent pickles and their contents from being stolen or lost, we make it difficult to tamper with intentional opening of the packaging, and even if tampering is done, it will be difficult to tamper with the product at the next stage of product distribution. We have developed a packaging that makes it easy to detect the new mouse. Furthermore, to prevent tampering and intentional opening of the package, fish, shellfish,
It is possible to prevent the failure of hollow container filling due to refrigerant release from processed foods and low-salt foods. In addition, packaging using film T has improved the sealing properties of hollow containers and has a strict sealing function.
Introducing expressions such as detailed design and patterns! This printing can appeal to customers as a product, and has the effect of making it difficult to tamper with the present invention. In other words, the greatest feature of the present invention is 2! The sealant properties of the wearing film are the same or less than the same as the material of the hollow container, so Heat deformation can be eliminated, and thermal adhesion at the film end can prevent tampering.
