Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a product packaging bag.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The conventional product packaging bag is provided with an adhesive layer on either the inner surface of the sealing tongue or the outer surface of the product input opening in order to open and close the product input opening with the sealing tongue. When a release paper is stuck on top of the product and the product is sealed after being stored, the release paper is peeled off and sealed with an adhesive.
In the conventional product packaging bag, the release paper stuck to the adhesive layer must be removed when the product is put into the opening, and the removed release paper needs to be discarded as garbage. There is a drawback in that the sealing operation after storage is inconvenient. Furthermore, if the release paper is attached, it may be peeled off during the automatic packaging process, and the release paper is peeled off during the automatic sealing operation and the peeled paper is mechanically removed. Operation becomes difficult.
Conventional automatic packaging has been sealed by heat sealing or fusing. However, the sealing by heat welding has a drawback that the opening and closing of the sealing after storing the product cannot be repeated, as in the case of sealing by an adhesive.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention provides a product packaging bag that is sealed with an adhesive and does not require an operation of removing the release paper on the adhesive layer when the product is put into the opening.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present inventors have completed the present invention by paying attention to the fact that the defect of the conventional product packaging bag can be improved by having a part of the sealing tongue piece part have the function of release paper.
That is, the present invention comprises the inventions of the following items.
(1) A bag body side edge is formed by fusing a bag portion of a laminated film obtained by polymerizing a synthetic resin film, and one film of a bag body opening portion of the laminated film is extended from the other. A bag formed as a sealing tongue piece, which is formed by welding a band-like piece 14 to the tip of the sealing tongue piece to provide a folding piece 3 and folding the folding piece 3 back. 3 and an adhesive layer 7 is interposed between the sealing tongue piece 2, by providing the release agent layer 8 on the surface of the folded piece 3 adhesive layer 7 are in contact with the inner surface of the folded piece 3 tip A product packaging bag in which an inner surface structure from the folded piece 3 to the sealing tongue piece 2 is formed in the order of the release agent layer 8, the joint portion 12, and the adhesive layer 7 .

(3) The product packaging bag according to the first or second item, wherein the opening is located below.
(4) The product packaging bag according to item 1, wherein a release agent layer having weak adhesiveness is provided on a surface of the folded piece in contact with the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer.
(5) At the tip of the tongue piece for sealing, a strip-like piece coated with a release agent layer and coated with an adhesive layer thereon is thermally welded to the tip of the tongue piece body for sealing at the joint portion to provide a folded piece, The manufacturing method of the product packaging bag according to claim 1, wherein the strip-shaped piece is adhered to the sealing tongue piece main body side by the adhesive layer on the strip-shaped piece.
[0005]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The synthetic resin film used in the product packaging bag of the present invention can be used without particular limitation as long as it is a thermoplastic resin film. For example, polypropylene resin, polyethylene resin, ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer, styrene-butylene copolymer can be used. Resin films such as acrylic resin, nylon, and PET, and laminate films of these resin films can be suitably used.
The product packaging bag of the present invention is a bag manufactured by a known continuous bag-making method. For example, a long strip-shaped resin film is continuously half-fold-polymerized so that one edge protrudes from the other edge, thereby forming a belt-like shape. As a half-folded laminated film, the belt-like laminated film is fused and separated at a portion corresponding to the bag body side edge to form a bag body side edge portion.
At the time of the fusing separation, one protruding edge of the long belt-like laminated film is formed as a sealing tongue piece extending from one film of the opening portion of the product packaging bag of the present invention.
The sealing tongue piece extending from the opening of the present invention is not limited to only the one extending integrally from the bag film. Apart from the bag film, another film can be welded to the opening and extended. Similarly, the film used for the front and back sides of the bag body need not have an integral structure in which one film is folded in half as described above, and the front and back films are welded at the bottom. can do.
[0006]
The present invention is characterized in that a folded portion is provided at the tip of the sealing tongue.
This feature will be described below with reference to the drawings of the embodiments, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view of a product packaging bag according to a reference example of one embodiment of the present invention.
FIG. 1 shows a case in which a synthetic resin film is subjected to half-fold polymerization so that one edge protrudes upward from the other edge, and a bag body side edge 6 (FIG. 3) is welded to form a bag body portion 1. The sealing tongue piece 2 is formed by extending upward from one edge of the opening 10. A gusset fold is provided at the bottom 11 of the product packaging bag.
1, a header core 9 made of thick synthetic paper is welded to the film of the sealing tongue by welding the header heat seal 5 and the side edges.
In this sealing tongue, two hanging holes 4, 4 '(the positions and widths of the holes are indicated by two dotted lines) are opened in the sealing tongue and the header core, and the header core When folded at the upper edge of the material, the two holes are exactly the same, and the product packaging bag is suspended by passing the hanging hole, which is a superposition of the product packaging bag containing and sealing the product, through the display rod Can do.
An adhesive layer 7 is provided on the upper portion of the sealing tongue piece in FIG. 1, and when the sealing tongue piece is bent at the upper edge of the header core material as described above, The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 7 adheres to the outer surface to seal the opening 10.
[0007]
The feature of the present invention resides in the folded piece 3 (FIG. 2) provided at the tip of the adhesive tongue 7 of the sealing tongue piece 2. In the present invention, the folding of the sealing tongue piece and the folding back of the tip of the sealing tongue piece are used separately.
As shown in FIG. 2, the folded piece 3 is folded on the adhesive layer 7 on the main body side of the sealing tongue piece to protect the adhesive layer. That is, in the case of the mode of FIGS. 1 and 2, the folded piece 3 acts as a protective sheet for the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 7.
At the time of sealing, the tip of the folded piece 3 is grasped, the folded piece 3 is peeled off from the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 7 to expose the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 7, and the sealing tongue piece is attached to the outer surface of the opening by the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer. Fix it. After the sealing, the folded piece 3 is separated from the fixed portion of the opening by the adhesive layer and is separated from the lower part (FIG. 10). The free folded piece 3 after sealing serves as a handle for removing the sealing tongue 2 from the opening when the inside product is taken in and out of the product packaging bag, and is convenient for repeated opening and closing operations of the product packaging bag. is there. FIG. 10 is a cross-sectional view showing a state in which the folded piece 3 of FIG. 2 is unfolded and the product is stored and sealed in the opening 10 and is suspended by the suspension hole 4 of the header 13. ing.
In the embodiment shown in FIG. 1 of the product packaging bag of the present invention, the release agent layer 8 (shown by dots) is applied to the folded piece 3, but in most cases, the release agent layer 8 is not applied, but FIG. When the folded piece 3 in the state is peeled from the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, the folded piece 3 is peeled off cleanly from the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 7, and a part of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 7 does not move to the folded piece 3 side. This is due to the property that the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer remains on the first coated film side.
However, in order to completely prevent the adhesive layer 7 from moving to the folded piece 3 side, it is desirable to provide a release agent layer on the folded piece 3.
[0008]
When the release agent layer 8 is provided on the folded piece of the present invention, the release agent used for this is not particularly limited as long as it reduces the adhesive force to the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer when provided on the substrate. Anything can be used. For example, those having a known release agent function such as a silicone release agent and release ink can be suitably used.
Moreover, the aspect which replaced the position of the adhesive layer 7 of FIG. 1 and the peeling agent layer 8 of a folding piece as a 2nd aspect of this invention can also be used conveniently. That is, the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 7 can be provided at the tip of the folded piece 3, and the release agent layer can be provided with the position of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer in FIG. 1 as the protective surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer.
In the case of this aspect, the release agent layer 8 can be provided at the position of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 7 of FIG. Even if no release agent is provided, it can be smoothly removed from the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer.
In the case of this second mode, since the adhesive layer 7 is near the tip of the tongue piece for sealing, the folded piece 8 is released after sealing and is present in the dangle and the opening as in the mode of FIG. Because there is not, appearance as a package is good. However, when opening and closing the seal repeatedly, there is no folded piece as a handle, which is inconvenient compared to the case of FIG.
In the product packaging bag of the present invention, the position of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and its protective surface can be appropriately selected according to the convenience of use after packaging or the desire for appearance.
The present invention, including the above two aspects, can be recognized as having been formed by interposing an adhesive layer between the folded piece of the folded portion formed by folding the folded piece and the tongue piece body for sealing. .
Further, in FIG. 1, for the sake of simplicity, the present invention shows that the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 7 and the protective film surface protecting the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 7 are close to each other. The protective surface can be formed just above the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer when the middle is folded back.
In this case as well, it goes without saying that a release agent may or may not be provided on the protective surface.
[0009]
FIG. 3 shows an embodiment in which the release agent layer is provided in a striped pattern.
Further, by giving weak adhesiveness to the release agent layer, the folded folded piece 3 after the sealing can be weakly adhered to the opening.
4-6 is the same structure as the embodiment of FIGS. 1-2, but is an embodiment in which a strip-like piece 14 is joined to the upper edge of the sealing tongue piece 2 by a joining portion 12 by heat welding. As a method for joining the sealing tongue piece 2 and the strip-like piece 14, a method such as heat welding using ultrasonic waves or high frequency, pressure sensitivity, or an adhesive can be appropriately selected.
In this embodiment, since the strip-like pieces 14 coated with the release agent layer 8 can be continuously joined in the continuous bag making process, the release agent layer is easier than applying the release agent to the sealing tongue pieces during the bag making process. There is an advantage that 8 can be applied.
Further, the belt-like piece 14 coated with the release agent layer 8 is heat-welded continuously at the joint 12 in the continuous bag making process, and the belt-like piece 14 is folded back. When the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 7 is pressure-bonded to the sealing tongue piece main body side, the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 7 strongly adheres to the sealing tongue piece main body side as shown in FIG. When the folded piece 3 is peeled from this state, as shown in FIG. 4, the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 7 moves to the sealing tongue piece main body side, and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is exposed.
In other words, the strip-shaped piece 14 is joined by applying a release agent to a long synthetic resin tape and then continuously welding a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape further coated with a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer to the upper edge of the sealing tongue piece. When joined together, there is an advantage that a product packaging bag having a tip end structure of the sealing tongue having the cross-sectional structure of FIG. 5 can be easily manufactured. In this case, in FIG. 5, the strip-shaped piece 14 is folded back at the joint 12, but the upper edge of the sealing tongue piece main body and the upper edge that does not fold the strip-shaped piece are overlapped to heat-seal the overlapped portion. Or it is desirable to heat-weld in a fusing process.
As other embodiments of the present invention, there are examples shown in FIGS.
In this embodiment, the header portion is at the top and the opening is at the bottom.
In this embodiment as well, the method of joining the sealing tongue piece 2 and the strip-like piece 14 is appropriately selected from methods such as thermal welding, pressure sensing, or adhesive (including adhesive) using ultrasonic waves or high frequencies. You can choose. The effects of the strip-shaped piece 14 in this case are the same as those shown in FIGS.
7-9, the aspect of the tongue piece for sealing which does not provide the strip | belt-shaped separate piece 14 can also be used as an aspect of this invention similarly to FIGS. 1-2.
FIG. 11 is a cross-sectional view showing a state in which the folded piece 3 of FIG. 8 is expanded and the product is stored and sealed in the opening 10.
[0010]
【The invention's effect】
Since the present invention does not require a release paper to be adhered to the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, the following effects can be achieved.
(1) A reduction in manufacturing cost can be obtained from the work of disposing of the release paper and the absence of equipment.
(2) In the packaging operation process, the adhesive layer can be completely protected, and contact between the stored product and the adhesive layer can be avoided, so that the product can be automatically stored. Even if the product is sealed manually after the automatic storage, the sealing operation is easy and the possibility of automating the sealing operation is increased. Conventionally, the automatic sealing process is limited to the fusing process of the opening. However, if sealing with an adhesive is possible, it is convenient because it can be repeatedly opened and closed for taking out the product after storing the product.
