(Problems to be solved by conventional techniques and ideas) Lead plates are known to have excellent sound insulation properties and to block radiation well. However, lead plates are heavy and have low physical strength, so when used as sound insulation boards or radiation shielding boards, thin lead plates are layered with other plates to create a composite plate to increase physical strength. , has been used. However, conventional composite plates of this type, such as those made by layering thin lead plates and inorganic plates, are thicker and heavier.
The processing and construction were not satisfactory.

The pulp plate-like materials used in this invention include paper, paperboard, and processed boards such as cardboard and flame-retardant paperboard.
It refers to various forms of plate-like bodies mainly composed of pulp such as, but is not particularly limited to. However, the pulp plate-like material 1 used has a thickness of 0.5 mm to 10 mm, which is easy to obtain and process. The steel paper used in this invention refers to a thin steel plate with a thickness of 0.03 mm to 0.15 mm, which is generally referred to as steel paper. Since steel paper has high tensile strength, in the present invention it has the function of reinforcing the physical strength, which is a drawback of thin lead plates. Therefore, by using steel paper, the sound-insulating composite plate of the present invention can be made lightweight and strong in physical strength despite being thin. Steel paper with a thickness of 0.15 mm or more is difficult to process into various shapes, and the weight of the composite plate becomes heavy, which is undesirable, while steel paper with a thickness of 0.03 mm or less is difficult to provide physical strength. Can not. Next, lead thin plate is 0.05mm
It is a thin lead plate with a thickness of ~0.5 mm. If it is thicker than 0.5 mm, the weight of the composite plate will be heavy, and if it is thinner than 0.05 mm, the sound insulation effect will not be sufficient. The above-mentioned steel paper and lead thin plate are adhered and layered between the pulp plate-like bodies, but avoid adhering or layering metal plates together, that is, steel paper and lead thin plate, steel paper or lead thin plates in direct contact with each other. There is a need. No effect on improving physical strength can be expected, and there are also problems with adhesion. Therefore, it is necessary to provide a pulp plate-like body with a thickness of 0.5 mm to 10 mm between the metal plates. The layering method is not limited in any way as long as the metal plates are not in direct contact with each other. One or more of the steel paper and the thin lead plate may be layered, and they may be selected as appropriate depending on the intended use. The bonding method is not limited in any way and various adhesives can be used.
In consideration of functionality, thermosetting adhesive resins are preferred.

Figure 1 shows a model that focuses on physical strength, Figure 3 shows a model that focuses on sound insulation, and Figure 4 shows a model that focuses on both physical strength and sound insulation. Furthermore, a large number of metal plates may be used depending on the purpose. Figure 5 shows an example of the molded product of the present invention.
According to the present invention, the thickness of the material plate used is thin and molding is easy, so secondary processed products of various shapes can be made. In addition, it can be cut with ordinary tools, nailing, etc. is easy, and there is less damage to the composite plate during processing and construction. Furthermore, by using a pulp plate impregnated with a flame-retardant substance such as an aluminum salt, a magnesium salt, or a borate, a flame-retardant sound-insulating composite plate can be produced.

(Effect of the invention) The sound-insulating composite plate of the present invention is a steel paper with high tensile strength and excellent sound-insulating and radiation-insulating properties. Because it is provided with thin lead plates, it is a composite plate-like product that has high physical strength and also has excellent sound insulation, radiation shielding, and magnetic force line shielding properties. Furthermore, as shown in Fig. 5, it is easy to mold, has deformation resistance after molding, and is thinner and lighter than conventional multilayer composite plates, so it is easy to process and construct. It has a wide range of uses. For example, when sound insulation boards for construction, radiation shielding boards for construction, etc., or those using flame-retardant pulp plate materials are used for flooring, ceiling materials, and wall materials for high-rise buildings such as apartment complexes, fire prevention and sound insulation We can provide buildings with excellent quality. Also, since it is easy to mold, it can be used as sound-insulating molded interior materials for automobiles, etc. It can also be used for partition walls, storage warehouses, etc. of facilities that handle items that are easily affected by magnetism, such as magnetic tapes. Furthermore, it can be used to create magnetically shielded speaker cabinets etc. that have excellent acoustic properties.
