- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ウエーハ搬送部のアーム２に、上面に保持
用溝４を有するウエーハ保持具１を設け、この保
持用溝４にウエーハ３を垂直に保持せしめてなる
ウエーハ搬送部のウエーハ保持構造。 (2) ウエーハ搬送部の一部のアーム２ａ，２ｂ
に、それぞれ上面に保持用溝４ａ，４ｂを有する
ウエーハ保持具１ａ，１ｂを対向して設け、各保
持用溝４ａ，４ｂにウエーハ３を対向して垂直に
保持せしめてなるウエーハ搬送部のウエーハ保持
構造。
