Abstract

PURPOSE:To form a stone pattern continuing irregularly on the whole surface, by arranging a plurality of block bodies distributed with stones on the front and charging mortar at the mutual edges and joints and further, arranging other stones thereon. CONSTITUTION:Stones 2 like natural stones or artificial stones are arranged on the front of a block body 1 and a groove 3 for charging mortar is formed on the upper part of edges at the periphery of the front. Next, a plurality of block bodies 1 are arranged and mortar 5 is charged in respective joints and the mortar-charging grooves 3. And other stones 1' like natural stones or artificial stones are arranged thereon and the mutual edges and joints of respective block bodies 1 are concealed. In this way, an irregularly continuing stone pattern is formed all over the block bodies 1 by use of the stones 2 previously arranged on the block bodies 1 and the stones 2' arranged afterward in the edges.

[Detailed Description of the Invention] <Industrial Application Field> The present invention provides a structure in which the joints (joint ends) of each block are not exposed in appearance after they are connected, and the appearance appears to be as if the stones were arranged continuously. This invention relates to concrete blocks with stones placed on them and a method for connecting them.

<Conventional technology and its problems> Generally, when constructing embankments and other slopes,
Strength is provided by stretching or stacking concrete blocks, but the landscape formed by these concrete blocks is too artificial, so the surface of the concrete blocks used there is made of natural stone or pseudo-stone. Stones may be placed. However, even when stones are arranged in this way, the stones are arranged so that they can fit in the front of each block, and the shape of the block itself is similar to that of conventional concrete blocks except for the stones placed in the front. There is nothing that changes, so no matter how you arrange the stones, when these blocks are connected, there will be divisions in the stone pattern between adjacent blocks, and in the end, the appearance will be based on blocks. It was clear from this that it was undeniably artificial, and in fact, it seemed frivolous.

Means for Solving the Problems> Therefore, in order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the concrete block on which stones are arranged and the method for connecting the same according to the present invention, are provided by placing stones such as natural stone or pseudo-stone on the front of the block body. A mortar-filled groove is formed at the top of the joint around the front,
A plurality of these block bodies are lined up, each joint and the mortar filling groove are filled with mortar, and stones such as natural stone or pseudostone are placed on top of the mortar, so that irregular stones are formed on the front of the block body. The pattern is continuous.

Embodiment Example Next, an embodiment of a concrete block on which stones are arranged according to the present invention and a method for connecting the same will be described based on a drawing. 3 is the block body arranged, and 3 is this block body 1
This is a mortar-filled groove formed at the upper part of the joint around the front surface of the In the illustrated embodiment, the block body 1 is explained using a tension block as an example, but it is not limited to this (the same applies to stacked blocks. Also, in the illustrated embodiment 1 shows a case in which the front face of the block main body l is hexagonal with chamfered corners and metal wires 4 for connection are arranged, but regarding a block body l which is square and has no metal wires for connection. The same is true.

<Function> At the construction site, the block bodies 1 are arranged by the usual method of arranging concrete blocks. Thereafter, mortar 5 is filled into the joint end of each block body 1 and the mortar filling groove 3. Then, on the surface of this filled mortar 5, a stone 2' prepared in advance (of the same type as stone 2) is placed. As a result, the joint end of each block body 1 is hidden by the stone 2'', and the block body 1 is connected to the stone 2 in advance.
Due to the stones 2 placed on the front of the blocks, an irregularly continuous stone pattern is formed on the front of all the block bodies 1.

<Effects of the Invention> As described above, according to the concrete block on which stones are arranged and the method for connecting the same according to the present invention, stones such as natural stone or pseudo-stone are arranged on the front of the block body, and the joint edges around the front are arranged. A mortar filling groove is formed in the upper part, a plurality of block bodies are arranged, each joint and the mortar filling groove are filled with mortar, and a stone material such as natural stone or pseudo stone is placed on the mortar. This has the effect that the irregular stone pattern formed on the front of the block body becomes continuous.
