Claims (1)
- 複数のグレーデツドインデツクス型光フアイバ
ケーブルの夫々の一端を受光面としてＣＣＤライ
ンセンサの画素列の長さ分に規則正しく並べた状
態でモールドすると共にその他端も同じように並
べてモールドしてＣＣＤラインセンサの画素に合
わせてＣＣＤラインセンサに設置したことを特徴
とする空間フイルタ用光フアイバ受光器。
