Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the adaptation to a floor substrate by forming a number of grooves on the bottom surface side of a hard substrate which is formed by laminating thin wooden decoration plates on the surface and fixing and charging soft members on both side walls in the groove. CONSTITUTION:Thin wooden decoration plates 2 are laminated on the surface layer of a hard sibstrate plate 1, and a number of parallel grooves 3 are formed on the reverse surface. Then, each soft member 6 is fixed on both side walls in the groove 3, and the inside of the groove is charged. The rigidity of the basic plate 1 is eliminated by the groove 3, and flexibility is provided, and the generation of crack from the groove 3 is suppressed. Accordingly, the adaptation to a floor substrate is improved, and the laying construction can be carried out in a simple manner.

[Prior Art 1] Wooden flooring materials that are laid on a subfloor finished with mortar, concrete, etc. have been known. For example, as shown in Fig. 4, a plurality of grooves 3 are arranged in parallel on the back side of a hard base @1 such as wood plywood, and a cushion material 4 is placed on the same back side.
Wooden flooring material A is known, which is made by pasting a. The wooden flooring material A is installed by being fixed to the subfloor by adhesive or nailing, and the grooves 3 and the cushioning material 4a provide a soundproofing effect.

However, in the wooden flooring material A, although the grooves 3 are provided, the hard substrate 1 does not have bending flexibility, and in order to obtain sufficient bending flexibility, the number of grooves 3 arranged in parallel must be increased or When the depth dimension of groove 3 is formed deep (soil,
Wooden makeup I corresponds to groove 3! Cracks were likely to occur on the surface of No. 2, which caused problems in terms of strength and surface design. Therefore, the wooden floor material A is installed on the subfloor without sufficient bending flexibility, and because it does not fit well with the subfloor, it is not possible to install it by gluing or nailing it onto the subfloor. It was installed by fixing it in place and forcing it to blend into the subfloor. In this case, construction involves work such as gluing or nailing,
In addition to being troublesome to install, it was also extremely difficult to replace the wooden flooring material A. [Problems to be Solved by the Invention] The present invention was invented to solve the drawbacks of the above-mentioned conventional techniques. The problem is that the hard substrate has sufficient bending flexibility and adapts well to the flooring, and that the surface side of the wooden decorative board is difficult to crack, which increases the strength and strength of the board. To provide a wooden flooring material that does not cause problems in surface design and can be laid on the subfloor surface without any work such as gluing or nailing.

[Function 1] In this way, the thin wooden decorative board 2 is laminated on the surface layer of the hard substrate 1, a large number of grooves 3 are provided on the bottom side of the hard substrate 1, and the soft material 6 is placed in the grooves 3 on both sides of the grooves 3. By fixing it to the wall and filling it, many frI
t3, and eliminates the rigidity of the hard substrate 1, rather gives flexibility to the hard substrate 1, greatly suppresses the propagation of vibration, and improves the usability even though the hard substrate 1 is made of wood. However, by filling the groove 3 with the soft material 6 fixed to both side walls of W3, the width of the groove 3 becomes larger or becomes narrower, resulting in a large deformation. 7, suppressing cracking from WIt3, there is no cracking in the surface wood decorative board 1, there is no problem with the surface design, and as a result, it is sufficient for wood flooring A. Flexibility in bending can be obtained without any problems,
Moreover, since the bottom surface of the soft material 6 comes into contact with the subfloor, the slippage of the wooden flooring material A is suppressed, and it can be easily installed without requiring work such as gluing or nailing directly onto the subfloor. This is how it came to be.

In addition, since the grooves 3 reach the surface of the hard substrate 1, in order to form a large number of grooves 3 on the hard substrate @1, for example, by arranging a large number of crosspieces in parallel at intervals of the grooves 3, the J13 This makes it possible to form a hard substrate 1 with attached parts, increasing the degree of freedom in manufacturing, and making it advantageous in terms of production and cost.

In this way, the many grooves 3 on the bottom side of the hard substrate 1 eliminate the rigidity of the hard substrate 1, but rather give flexibility to the hard substrate 1, greatly suppressing the propagation of vibrations, and Despite the hard substrate 1, the feeling of use is improved. However, by filling the groove 3 with the soft material 6 fixed to both side walls of the groove 3, large deformation of the groove 3 such as increasing the width or narrowing the groove 3 is suppressed. This prevents cracks from occurring in the surface wood decorative board 1, eliminating problems with surface design.

[Effects of the Invention] In summary, the present invention has a structure in which a thin wooden decorative board is laminated on the surface layer of a hard substrate, a large number of grooves are provided on the bottom side of the hard substrate, and a soft material is placed in the grooves on both walls of the groove. Because it is fixed and filled, the warping of the hard board is prevented by the many grooves, eliminating the rigidity of the hard board, rather giving flexibility to the hard board, greatly suppressing the propagation of vibration, and Although it is a hard board like this, it is possible to enhance the usability, and since the soft material is fixed and filled on both side walls of the groove, it is possible to improve the feeling of use even though it is a hard substrate. It can suppress deformation and cracking from grooves, and there will be no cracks in the surface wood decorative board, and there will be no problems with the surface design. Flexibility in bending can be obtained without any problems, and since the bottom of the soft material is in contact with the subfloor, it is possible to suppress the slippage of the wooden flooring, and work such as gluing or nailing directly onto the subfloor is possible. It has the advantage of being easy to install without any additional work.
