[Prior Art] Conventionally, a wooden flooring material laid on a floor substrate finished with mortar, concrete or the like is known. For example, as shown in FIG. 3, a wooden substrate 1 such as a wooden plywood.
A plurality of grooves 3 are juxtaposed on the back of the
A wooden flooring A to which 4a is attached is known. By the way, such a wooden floor material A is laid and fixed on a floor base by gluing or nailing, and the soundproof effect is obtained by the groove 3 and the cushion material 4a. However, in such a wooden flooring material A, although the grooves 3 are provided, the wooden substrate 1 has no bending flexibility, and in order to obtain sufficient bending flexibility, the number of grooves 3 arranged in parallel is increased. If the depth of the groove 3 is increased or the depth of the groove 3 is increased, cracks are easily generated on the surface of the wooden decorative board 2 corresponding to the groove 3, which is a problem in strength and surface design. Therefore, the wooden flooring material A is installed on the flooring base without sufficient bending flexibility, and is poorly adapted to the flooring base, and is fixed on the flooring base by bonding or nailing. Then, the construction was forcibly adapted to the floor substrate. In this case, the construction is accompanied by work such as bonding or nailing, and the laying construction is troublesome.
Was extremely difficult to replace.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] The present invention has been invented in order to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks of the conventional technology, and the problem is that the wooden substrate has sufficient flexibility to be bent, and It is well-familiar, and it is hard to crack on the surface side of the wooden decorative board, there is no problem in strength or surface design, and it is laid on the floor substrate without any work such as bonding or nailing An object of the present invention is to provide a wooden flooring material that can be constructed and that can sufficiently perform vibration suppression and soundproofing.

[Operation] As described above, the thin wooden decorative board 2 is laminated on the surface layer of the wooden substrate 1 and the plurality of grooves 3 are provided on the bottom surface side of the wooden substrate 1, so that the warp of the wooden substrate 1 is reduced by the multiple grooves. 3 to reduce the rigidity of the wooden substrate 1, rather impart flexibility to the wooden substrate 1, and the flexible sheet 4 laminated on the back surface of the wooden substrate 1 so as to conform to the floor substrate surface. 1, the soft intermediate sheet 5 is interposed in the soft intermediate sheet 5 to suppress the propagation of vibration and enhance the soundproofing. The lower layer is easier to fit into the floor base because the intermediate sheet 5 is divided by the groove 3, absorbs the unevenness of the floor base more, and the soft sheet 4 comes into more close contact with the floor base. And the tree Slip of the quality flooring material A is suppressed, so that laying (straightening) can be easily performed without directly bonding or nailing work on the floor substrate.

A wood decorative board 2 such as a veneer (sliced veneer) having a grain obtained by thinly slicing wood is laminated on the surface layer of the wood substrate 1. The wooden decorative board 2 is a thin veneer of about 2.5 to 3.0 mm. The wood substrate 1 is made of plywood in which veneers 1a are laminated,
The plywood used is 3-ply, 5-ply or 7-ply. The thickness of the wood substrate 1 made of plywood can be about 2.5 mm to 15 mm. Grooves 3 are formed on the bottom surface of the wooden substrate 1 with a saw blade and are arranged substantially in parallel, for example. The grooves 3 have a thickness of about 1.6 mm to 3.2 mm, and the interval between the grooves 3 is about 5.0 mm to 30 mm. And the groove width of groove 3 is about 1mm ~ 1.5mm and the groove interval is
About 10 mm is most preferable. The depth of the groove 3 is 1 of the wooden substrate 1
Insert deep enough to leave the ply. The groove pitch of the groove 3 is preferably as small as possible. A soft sheet 4 having a high sound insulation function is laminated on such a wooden substrate 1. The soft sheet 4 is preferably a solid sheet or a low foamed sheet having a rubber hardness of about 10 to 90 degrees. The rubber sheet preferably has a rubber hardness of about 20 to 70 degrees. The soft sheet 4 is preferably as soft as possible and has a small elongation with respect to tension. That is, even when the wooden substrate 1 is pressed by a stepping load or the like, the soft sheet 4 is also fixed so that the groove 3 of the wooden substrate 1 is not opened. The soft sheet 4 may be made of vinyl chloride, polyethylene, urethane resin or the like. The wooden flooring material A is formed with a fitting projection (not shown) and a fitting recess (not shown) in which the fitting projection is fitted and connected.

Then, a soft intermediate sheet 5 is interposed in the wooden substrate 1. The intermediate sheet 5 includes, for example, an SBR sheet, various foam sheets, and a sound insulating sheet mixed with metal powder. When the groove 3 passes through the intermediate sheet 5, the intermediate sheet 5 is divided by the groove 3.

As described above, the thin wooden decorative board 2 is laminated on the surface layer of the wooden substrate 1, and the multiple grooves 3 are provided on the bottom surface side of the wooden substrate 1, so that the wooden substrate 1 is prevented from warping by the multiple grooves 3. That is, the rigidity of the wooden substrate 1 is lost, and the wooden substrate 1 is given flexibility. Then, by interposing the soft intermediate sheet 5 in the wooden substrate 1, the propagation of the vibration transmitted through the wooden substrate 1 by the soft intermediate sheet 5 is suppressed, and the soundproofing is improved. Moreover, the wooden substrate 1 is divided into upper and lower layers by the soft intermediate sheet 5,
This absorbs the deformation stress from the lower layer to the upper layer, suppresses the cracks in the woody decorative board 2 on the surface layer, and does not lower the appearance. And the thing of the lower layer is more familiar with the floor base surface, absorbs the unevenness of the floor base more, and the soft sheet 4 comes into contact with the floor base surface more exactly, thus suppressing the sliding of the wooden floor material A,
Laying (straightening) can be performed easily without directly bonding or nailing work on the floor substrate.

[Effects of the Invention] In summary, according to the present invention, since a thin wooden decorative board is laminated on the surface layer of a wooden substrate and a number of grooves are provided on the bottom side of the wooden substrate, the warpage of the wooden substrate is prevented by the number of grooves. In addition, the rigidity of the wooden substrate is lost, rather, the flexibility is imparted to the wooden substrate, and the soft sheet laminated on the back surface of the wooden substrate allows the wooden substrate to conform to the floor base surface. Because a soft intermediate sheet is interposed, the propagation of vibration is suppressed by such a soft intermediate sheet, the soundproofing is also enhanced, and the wooden substrate is divided into upper and lower layers by the soft intermediate sheet, and the upper layer is cut off. Absorbs the deformation stress of the surface, suppresses the cracks in the wooden decorative board of the surface layer, does not lower the appearance, and the lower layer is easier to fit into the floor base surface because the intermediate sheet is divided by grooves, It can absorb the unevenness of the floor base more, and the soft sheet touches the floor base surface more closely, which suppresses the sliding of the wooden floor material and can be easily done without directly bonding or nailing work on the floor base The intermediate sheet can be laid (direct tension), and the intermediate sheet is divided by the groove, leading to the intermediate sheet, so that the intermediate sheet may impair the bending flexibility due to the groove. It is possible to make it extremely easy to adjust to the floor base, and there is no intermediate sheet in the grooved part, but the part in contact with the floor base is interposed with the intermediate sheet, There is an advantage that the vibration suppressing effect of the intermediate sheet is not impaired.
