Conventionally, as shown in FIG. 1, a decorative board 3 is laminated on the upper surface of a wooden substrate 1 with a soft sheet layer 2 interposed therebetween.
A soundproof flooring material in which a cushion material layer 4 is laminated and integrated on the lower surface of the same wooden substrate 1 is known. In this soundproof flooring material, it is expected that the soft sheet layer 2 blocks propagated sound and the cushion material layer 4 provides vibration isolation, thereby providing a double soundproofing effect. However, in the conventional example, the propagated sound that has passed through the soft sheet layer 2 and reached the wooden substrate 1 is diffused throughout the wooden substrate 1, and the propagated sound moves downward over a large area. The impact applied to the wooden substrate 1 is also received by the entire wooden substrate 1, and the resulting vibrations spread throughout the entire wooden substrate 1, which causes the entire wooden substrate 1 with high rigidity to vibrate due to the impact and generate noise. Decorative board 3 and wood substrate 1 laminated above and below 2
Warping was likely to occur due to the difference in expansion and contraction ratio between the two.

The present invention has been devised in view of the above-mentioned background art, and its purpose is to provide a soundproof flooring material that suppresses the generation of vibration noise due to impact and is resistant to warping.
以下、本考案を図面に基づいて説明する。 Hereinafter, the present invention will be explained based on the drawings.

In the soundproof floor material made of integrated lamination, a large number of grooves 5 are carved on the lower surface of the wooden substrate 1,
Felt 1 in which the depth of the grooves 5 approximately matches the thickness of the wooden substrate 1, and the fibers are oriented in the vertical direction.

機能を同軟質樹脂シート12によつて得ている。 The soft resin sheet 12 is a soft sound insulating sheet made by mixing a sound insulating material such as barium sulfate or lead powder into a soft synthetic resin, and is designed to prevent the decorative board 3 from interfering with the actual processing so as not to interfere with the actual processing. It is provided on the peripheral edge of the felt 11 to prevent it from sinking. That is, although it is difficult to cut the edges of the felt 11, the soft resin sheet 12 can be actually processed by cutting relatively easily together with the wooden substrate 1, and the felt 11 is also made of fibers. Although the direction is vertical, the vertical direction is stronger than the horizontal direction, but in the peripheral area, in order to prevent the occurrence of steps due to sinking between adjacent flooring materials, A more reliable sinking prevention function is obtained by the same soft resin sheet 12.

The cushion material layer 4 is formed of a soft synthetic rubber foam whose lower surface has been processed into a profile shape to provide irregularities. The depth dimension of the groove 5 is approximately matched to the thickness dimension of the wooden substrate 1 to such an extent that a thin skin of 1 mm or less remains at the bottom thereof.

The impact applied to the decorative board 3 also affects the grooves 5 of the wooden board 1.
The vibrations are received only in the areas separated by the impact, and the resulting vibrations do not spread to the entire area.In other words, since the rigidity of the wooden substrate 1 is small and the vibrations do not spread to the entire area, the vibrations due to the impact The generation of sound can be suppressed to a low level.

It is about 15mm from The grooves 5 carved on the lower surface of the wooden substrate 1 have a width of about 1 mm to 3 mm, and a depth that substantially matches the thickness of the wooden substrate 1. In addition, the decorative board 3 is oak,

Of course, the decorative board 3 of other configurations and materials may be used. In addition, the soft sheet layer 2 has a thickness dimension of the felt 11 and the soft resin sheet 12 of 1.
It is about 5 mm to 5 mm. The cushion material layer 4 is made of soft synthetic resin foam such as polyethylene foam, polyurethane foam, polyethylene butyl alcohol foam, soft synthetic rubber foam, natural rubber, etc., and its thickness ranges from 7 mm to 7 mm. It is about 15mm.

As mentioned above, in the soundproof flooring material of the present invention, a large number of grooves are carved on the lower surface of the wooden substrate, and the depth of the grooves approximately matches the thickness of the wooden substrate. The rigidity of the board is reduced, and the impact is separated in the grooves, making it difficult for the entire floor to vibrate as a whole, and the generation of vibration noise due to impact can be suppressed. It is partially absorbed and the fiber direction of the felt of the soft sheet layer is in the vertical direction, and the soft sheet layer hardly experiences horizontal expansion and contraction, so the entire flooring material is unlikely to warp.
Further, in this case, since a soft resin sheet is provided on the peripheral edge of the felt where the fibers are oriented in the vertical direction to form a soft sheet layer, sinking of the decorative board is effectively prevented.
