<Prior art> To manufacture a bandage such as wound tape, a band-shaped adhesive tape unwound from a roll is stretched horizontally on the processing part of a device, and this series of tapes is spread across the width of the bandage. The tape is transferred intermittently, and from the tape delivery side, the first processing section supplies the wound dressing member, and the downstream side of the second processing section supplies the release paper, and furthermore, a shearing type cutter is installed on the downstream side to adjust the width of the bandage. Cut and packaged.

<Problems to be Solved by the Invention> However, in conventional manufacturing equipment, a band-shaped adhesive tape is stretched horizontally, and this tape is moved intermittently to form rows of small holes on the film surface and to form holes on the film surface. Since the supply and cutting of the scratching member and release paper are performed intermittently, there is a limit to the speed of intermittent feeding, and productivity is low, usually around 350 sheets/min, which is one of the reasons for the high cost. There is. Moreover, in this type of apparatus, the adhesive tape is sent under a certain tension to each processing section for processing, so the adhesive tape has the disadvantage of elongation due to the tension. To reduce tape stretch, usually
A stiff, hard film such as vinyl chloride is used, but the problem of elongation remains unsolved.

Recently, there has been a strong demand among consumers for a bandage using an ultra-thin film, but with conventional devices, the thinner the tape, the more it stretches, making it difficult to manufacture. Therefore, in this invention, an adhesive tape is passed around the outer periphery of a drum having air intake holes on the outer periphery to attract it, and while the tape is transferred together with the drum, a scratching member and release paper are supplied to the adhesive surface. To provide a new bandage manufacturing device that completely eliminates the stretching of the adhesive tape and makes it possible to manufacture bandages using ultra-thin tape by cutting the adhesive tape at equal intervals while it is adsorbed on a drum. purpose.

At this time, the adhesive tape including the release paper on the main drum is cut at equal intervals to the width of the main body of the bandage by the cutting mechanism, and is adsorbed to the circumferential surface of the drum. The main body of the bandage adsorbed on the drum is peeled off from the main drum by the delivery mechanism, and is sequentially carried between the upper and lower sealing materials that move at a speed slightly higher than the circumferential speed. The installed cutter mechanism cuts the break line between adjacent bandage bodies.
By cutting it into a certain number of pieces, a bandage is formed which is sealed by the upper and lower sealing materials and which are connected to each other along the break line.

In this embodiment, the wound dressing member is cut into an appropriate width and supplied to the tape material 24 on the main drum 1 in advance. a suction drum 35 that rotates at the same circumferential speed as the suction drum 35; a cutter roller 36 that is disposed opposite to the suction drum 35 and has a number of cutting blades at equal intervals on its outer periphery; It consists of a carry-in roller 37 that carries the scratching member 34 rewound from the original fabric 33 and passed through the tension roller into the suction drum 35, and this carry-in roller 37 is driven to rotate at a lower speed than the circumferential speed of the suction drum 35. Therefore, when the wound applying member 34 is carried into the suction drum 35 from the carry-in roller 37, the wound applying member 34 is cut by the cutter roller 36, and is suction-held and attached to the tape material 24 on the main drum 1. It will be brought in. The interval between the wound applying members is determined by the difference in circumferential speed between the carry-in roller 37 and the suction drum 35.

Thus, the tape material 24 rewound from the rolled material 33 is carried to the circumferential surface of the main drum 1 with the release paper 25 on the outer surface and is held by suction, and the surface release paper 25 is peeled off by the peeling roller 22. , is continuously transferred by rotation of the drum 1 with the adhesive surface as the outer surface. A scratching member 34 is supplied to the tape material 24 in the middle of its width, and two strips of separate type release paper 44, 45 are applied to the entire surface of the tape material 24 including the scratching member 34 on the downstream side. It is fed at a speed, moves integrally with the drum 1, and reaches the cutting mechanism 5.

At this time, the tape material 24, wound covering member 34, and release papers 44, 45 on the circumferential surface of the drum are cut at equal intervals to the width of the main body of the bandage, and are adsorbed to the circumferential surface of the drum.
The main bandage on the drum circumferential surface is peeled off from the main drum 1 by the delivery mechanism 6, and sequentially supplied onto the lower sealing material 76 which is being transferred at a slightly higher speed than the circumferential speed, and the upper sealing material 78 is superposed on the upper surface and pressed. The entire surfaces of the upper and lower sealing materials 76 and 78, which leave the opening ears and the bandage main body, are crimped and bonded by the rollers 74, sealed and packaged, and then conveyed to the cutter mechanism 8. The cutter mechanism 8 cuts the upper and lower sealing materials 76 and 78 of the sealed packaging band along the break line between adjacent adhesive bandages and at intervals of a certain number of pieces, thereby automatically producing a plurality of series of adhesive bandages in a continuous manner.

<Effects of the Invention> As described above, the present invention provides an apparatus for producing a bandage, in which a wound dressing member is provided at the center of the adhesive tape, a release paper is provided on the entire surface of the adhesive surface including this, and the whole is sealed and packaged with upper and lower sealing materials. The supply mechanism surrounds a main drum that has an air intake hole on its outer circumferential surface and adsorbs and transfers a band-shaped adhesive tape, and includes a supply mechanism that supplies the adhesive tape to the circumferential surface of the drum, and a wound pad that supplies a wound dressing member to the upper surface of the main drum. A member supply mechanism, a release paper supply mechanism, and a cutting mechanism are provided to form a bandage main body, and a delivery mechanism takes out the main body, and a packaging mechanism is placed on the delivery side of the delivery mechanism, and a break line is inserted and cut into a fixed number of pieces. Since the cutter mechanism is provided, each raw material is continuously supplied to the main drum and processed, which greatly improves productivity and reduces costs. Moreover, since the tape material is processed while being adsorbed to the circumferential surface of the main drum, the problem of tape elongation that occurs with conventional equipment is eliminated.
This makes it possible to manufacture adhesive plasters using ultra-thin films.
