Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 高周波電力増幅器において、方向性結合器に
より進行波及び反射波の電力を取り出し、それぞ
れ進行波、反射波用の検波器により検波し、反射
波側の電圧が進行波側の電圧に対し設定比率以上
となつた時、上記高周波電力増幅器の動作を停止
させるようにしたことを特徴とする高周波電力増
幅器の保護回路。 ２ 上記進行波、反射波用の検波器にバイアスを
印加して、入力レベルによる検波特性を合せるよ
うにしたことを特徴とする請求項１記載の高周波
電力増幅器の保護回路。
