    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 投光手段と画像処理手段の撮像装置との間に液
    体を入れた透光性容器を置いて、この透光性容器
    の液面位置を上記画像処理手段の２値化画像処理
    装置により測定する液面位置測定装置において、
    前記投光手段からの照射光を明部と暗部とに２分
    するとともに、これら明暗部の境界を透光性容器
    の液部のメニスカスに一致させる遮光手段を投光
    手段側に設けたことを特徴とする液面位置測定装
    置。
