をエンジン停止側に付勢するスプリングと、固定
側とアクセルレバーとの間に介設されて常時固定
側に対してアクセルレバーをその位置に保持する
と共に切断時には固定側に対してアクセルレバー
を自由にする摩擦式電磁クラツチと、から構成し
