ード、１３は規格、１４は水晶振動子の温度特性
、１５はキヤパシタ補正の発振器温度特性、１６
はバラクタダイオード補正の発振器温度特性、１
７はバラクタダイオード補正発振器の位相雑音、

範囲に応じた容量をもつ複数の第１のキヤパシタ
と、上記水晶振動子に接続した第２のキヤパシタ
とを備えたことを特徴とする温度補償型水晶発振
