    放電処理を施した面にコーテイングされたシーラ
    ンド層とより成ることを特徴とする電子部品用キ
    ヤリヤのカバーテープ。 (2) プラスチツクフイルム層と該プラスチツク
    フイルム層に接着したオレフイン層とよりなるテ
    ープ基材層と、該オレフイン層のコロナ放電処理
    を施した面にコーテイングされたシーランド層と
    より成ることを特徴とする電子部品用キヤリヤの
    カバーテープ。
