者にあつては、生地の織目が閉ざされて、防水性
はあるが、通気性が全く損なわれ、また、後者に
あつては、通気性は確保されるも、一度洗濯する
と撥水効果は殆どなくなり、その都度スプレー加

すなわちこの考案は、経糸9及び緯糸10がそ
れぞれ4本ずつで完全組織となる綿2/2厚織地
11に硫化染を施すとともに、繊維加工用のフツ
素系撥水撥油加工剤によつてアフタートリートメ
ントしたのち乾燥せしめ、これに超撥水撥油剤を
付与して乾燥し、さらに、裏糊付を施してベーキ
ングした生地1を用いて爪先部2、踵部3、足甲
部4及び脚部5を縫製し、かつ、ゴム底6を設け
てなる超撥水撥油性の地下足袋を提供するにあ
る。なお、綿2/2厚織地には、綾織のサージや
ギヤバジン或いは変わり綾のナシ地織物であるア
ムンゼン(ソ毛の双糸を経糸に、緯糸にはソ毛の
片ヨリ糸を用いて織つたソ毛織物をナシ地組織に
織り、これをナセンしたもの。)等があり、平織
では斜子織等がある。図中、7は裏地、8はこは

(実施例)
硫化染を施した綿2/2厚織物(アムンゼン)

ソーピング剤)にて、ジツカー機を用いてアフタ
ートリートメントし、これをシリンダー乾燥機で
乾燥したのち、三本マングル機を用いてIPA等薬
品三種にて超撥水撥油剤を付与した、その後、シ
リンダー乾燥機で乾燥し、バツクコータ機によ
り、PVAデンプン系薬品で裏糊付し、ベーキン
グ機にてベーキングを施した生地にて地下足袋を
