の零温度補償を行うことを特徴とする半導体圧力
センサの温度補償回路。 ２ 上記半導体圧力センサの零温度特性のべき数
項を、同圧力センサのブリツジ電圧の温度特性に
基づいて温度補償を行う請求項１記載の半導体圧
