Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain rigid slip-off preventing fixation by forming an approximately spherical anchor part integrally inside the cylindrical body part of bumper rubber through an easily deformed part, and after inserting a cylindrical leg part into a fitting hole, pushing the anchor part into the leg part so as to be expanded. CONSTITUTION:Bumper rubber 1 is formed of a hollow cylindrical body part 4 with a smaller diameter hollow cylindrical leg part 5 protruding integrally from the lower face of the body part 4. The inner bottom part of the body part 4 is previously provided with an approximately spherical anchor part 7 formed integrally through a thin easily deformed part 6. The tip part excluding the bottom part of the leg part 5 is formed into approximately spherical shape with the specified curvature, and its maximum diameter is set equal to the diameter of a fitting hole 3. 従来の技術 この種のバンパーラバーの取付構造としては大別して圧
入タイプとねじ込みタイプの二つのタイプが知られてお
り、圧入タイプの代表的な構造を第2図(A)、(B)
に示す(例えば特開昭5647318号公報)。

根元部に形成された溝部18が取付穴17の周縁に嵌合
して抜け止め固定されることになる。

り、取付穴3に挿入される前の脚部5の最大直径は取付
穴3の直径と同等の大きさに設定されている。

性との両立と併せて抜け止め効果の大幅な向上が図れる
