Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 シヨツトスリーブと、シヨツトスリーブに摺動
自在に装着された射出プランジヤーと、射出プラ
ンジヤーを駆動する射出シリンダとを備えたダイ
キヤスト用射出装置において、 後退限位置に位置した射出プランジヤーの先端
よりも前進側近傍位置において、シヨツトスリー
ブの周壁部にシヨツトスリーブ内の前進側に向つ
て傾斜状に開口するノズル孔を設けるとともに上
記周壁部の内周面にノズル孔の内端に連なる環状
溝を設け、 上記ノズル孔に潤滑剤を含んだ加圧エアと潤滑
剤とを択一的に供給する潤滑剤供給手段と、 上記射出プランジヤーが後退限位置に位置した
ときに潤滑剤を含んだ加圧エアを供給しまた射出
プランジヤーが所定ストローク前進して環状溝を
塞いだときに潤滑剤を供給するように潤滑剤供給
手段を制御する制御手段とを備えたことを特徴と
するダイキヤスト用射出装置。
