Claims (1)
- 周囲に給油及び送油ポートを有するスリーブと
、同スリーブ内に収納され外周に上記ポートに対
向するランドを有し内部が中空に形成されたスプ
ールと、同スプールの一端と上記スリーブ端との
間に介装されたばねと、上記スプールの他端にお
いて中空部内に摺動可能に挿入されその先端が同
スプール中空部に開口する内腔を有するとともに
摺動部に貫通孔を有するサーボピストンと、同サ
ーボピストンの周囲に形成される油室に連通し常
時上記ばねに対抗する油圧を供給しておくととも
に弁の急速作動時に高圧油を供給する給油系と、
上記サーボピストンの外端に連結されたモーター
駆動直進運動系とを具えたことを特徴とするスプ
ール弁。
