生じ、大径ピストンの移動に伴なつて圧縮空気の
流通が完全に阻止された異常な状態を示す。

ロツドの一端部にダミイブロツクを螺合してステ
ム先端部に装着し、他端部にステム内に刻設され
たシリンダに係合してなるピストンを配し、ダミ
イブロツクがステム先端部に正常な状態で装着さ
れているとき、前記ピストンに通じる圧縮空気導
入管と圧縮空気導出管が連通するように配し、さ
らに、前記ピストンとシリンダボトム間にシリン
ダヘツド側へ伸縮自在なばねを押圧して間装させ
、前記ダミイブロツクのねじ部の緩みによつて前
記大径ピストンが移動し、前記圧縮空気導入管か
ら小径ピストンに通じる導入口が塞がれることで
圧縮空気圧の変化量を検出する圧力検出器を設け
たことを特徴とする押出プレスにおけるフイツク
