Claims (1)
口部より所定圧の空気が供給される筒体と、該筒
体内に摺動自在に嵌装され上記空気圧によつて当
該筒体の第２端部側に押圧駆動される弁体と、該
弁体の上記筒体第２端部側に設けられ該弁体が上
記筒体第２端部側に位置するときに上記筒体第２
端部より外方に所定の長さだけ突出させられるプ
ローブと、上記筒体の側壁部に形成され上記弁体
が上記空気圧に抗して所定距離後方に移動したと
きに閉塞されるベントホールとを備え、上記プロ
ーブを検知対象物に衝合させたときの上記弁体の
後退量に応じた上記筒体第１端部側空気圧の変動
により検知対象物の状態を検出するようにしたエ
