ツチング素子のオンによつて前記他方の巻線に励
磁信号を流すための第2の励磁信号を発生する第
2の出力端子とを備えた励磁信号発生回路と、 前記第1の出力端子から発生した前記第1の励
磁信号の位相を反転するための第1のNOT回路
と、 前記第2の出力端子から発生した前記第2の励
磁信号の位相を反転するための第2のNOT回路
と、 前記第1の出力端子から発生した前記第1の励
磁信号と前記第2のNOT回路の出力とを入力と
し、前記第1の励磁信号が前記第1のスイツチン
グ素子をオンにする第1のレベルの状態にあると
共に前記第2の励磁信号が前記第2のスイツチン
グ素子をオフにする第2のレベルの状態にある時
には前記第1のスイツチング素子がオン状態にな
ることを許可し、前記第1の励磁信号が前記第1
のスイツチング素子をオンにする第1のレベルの
状態にあつても前記第2の励磁信号も前記第2の
スイツチング素子をオンにする第1のレベルの状
態にある時には前記第1のスイツチング素子がオ
