御極と上記発電コイルの他端とに接続され、上記
半導体スイツチング素子の制御極に印加される電
圧を定電圧化する定電圧手段と、この定電圧手段
を通り上記半導体スイツチング素子の制御極と出
力端を通る電流を阻止する第1の阻止手段と、上
記半導体スイツチング素子の入力端を流れる電流
を制限する手段と、上記ストツプスイツチより流
れ込む電流を阻止する第2の阻止手段とを備えた
機関の停止装置。 (2) 第1の阻止手段はダイオードであることを
特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の
機関の停止装置。 (3) 制限する手段は抵抗であることを特徴とす
る実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の機関の停
止装置。 (4) 第2の阻止手段はダイオードであることを
特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の
