れていた。(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) The conventional resin traveler for spinning machines described above is packaged after absorbing a certain amount of moisture in order to maintain the specified strength. The moisture content changes due to moisture absorption or dehumidification depending on the storage method and the relative temperature at that location, and breakage accidents frequently occur due to hardening of the resin traveler, which is thought to be caused by an extremely low moisture content during use. On the other hand, it has been pointed out that problems such as abnormal wear and traveler detachment occur at the beginning of use due to softening of the resin traveler, which is thought to be caused by an extreme increase in moisture content.

。As the inorganic moisture absorbent (2) used in the present invention, calcium monohydrogen phosphate is added to a pellet of polyamide resin, and 3
After mixing in weight percent and molding into a predetermined shape, a resin traveler for a spinning machine (1) of the present invention as shown in FIG. 1 is constructed through the steps of heat treatment, dyeing, and drying. The moisture content is absorbed by the same amount as the moisture absorbent during dyeing, that is, 3% in this case, and does not change thereafter due to the adsorption power of the moisture absorbent.

れることが判明した。(Effects of the Invention) The resin traveler for a spinning machine of the present invention has the above-mentioned structure, and as shown in FIG. Indeed, the higher the moisture content, the less likely it will break (but it will also become softer and cause the traveler to come off or become abnormally worn during use, so keep the moisture content within the range shown by the diagonal lines in Figure 2).
It has been found that by maintaining the above conditions, it is possible to obtain the effect of eliminating the above-mentioned drawbacks.

This invention has excellent effects such as contributing to labor saving.
