Dump trucks for construction machinery transport large amounts of earth and sand, and the weight of earth and sand transported in one day is the daily workload, so it is difficult to accurately know the weight of earth and sand transported in a day. This is important, and conventionally, the pressure in the suspension cylinder of a dump truck for construction equipment was detected, the weight of the loaded earth and sand was calculated based on the pressure using a microcomputer, etc., and the amount of earth and sand was transported in a day based on the calculated weight of earth and sand. I try to know the weight of the earth and sand by printing it out on my printer.

On the other hand, construction machinery dump trucks weigh many tons and transport tons of earth and sand, so their engines consume a large amount of fuel, and the amount of fuel consumed depends on the driving skill of the operator. They are different, and it is important to know the fuel consumed by the engine, that is, the amount of fuel consumed per unit time. Conventionally, it is important to know the fuel consumed by the engine, that is, the amount of fuel consumed per unit time. Conventionally, it was possible to know the amount of fuel consumed in the fuel tank since the last time it was full. Based on this, the amount of fuel consumed per unit time is determined.

[Means and actions for solving the problem] The loaded weight is calculated by the pressure gas of the suspension cylinder, and the unloading time, loaded weight, and load type are input using the signals from the vessel upper and lower sensors and the numeric keypad. It memorizes the type, calculates the fuel consumption per unit time based on the fuel flow rate of the engine's fuel supply system, calculates the vehicle speed, maximum vehicle speed, minimum vehicle speed, and travel distance from the output of the vehicle speed sensor, and performs work inspections. Inputs the output of various sensors (brake oil level sensor, engine oil level sensor, radiator water level, etc.), determines whether the inspection result is normal or abnormal, stores it, and measures the working time using the built-in timer. , a vehicle management motor 7 equipped with an input device that can be memorized and input an operator code, vehicle number, etc. using a numeric keypad, and a non-contact recording card 27 that does not have a terminal for recording information of this vehicle management motor 7. A management system for construction machinery dump trucks, which comprises a device that reads information from this recording card 27, and a computer that creates a management ledger or the like based on the read information.

The fuel in the fuel tank 8 is fed under pressure to the fuel injection pump 12 via the feed pump 9, fuel filter 10, and vibrator 11, and is injected from the fuel injection nozzle 13 into the combustion chamber of the engine (not shown). The fuel is returned to the fuel tank 8 by the return vibrator 14, and the vibrator 11 and the return vibrator 14 are provided with first and second fuel flow meters 15 and 16, and the detected fuel flow rate is monitored by the vehicle management. It is input to the monitor 7. (Depending on the type of injection pump, there may be no need to measure the return flow rate, but in that case, the return flow meter is not used.) The output rotation of the engine is determined by the torque converter 17, the transmission 18, and the propulsion shaft (not shown). A rotation sensor 19 is provided to detect the rotation speed of the output shaft of the transmission 18, which is transmitted to the rear wheels 3 via a differential, etc., and the detected rotation speed is used to calculate the maximum, minimum vehicle speed, and travel distance of the vehicle. The information is input to the management monitor 7.
