    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 鉛直に移動する金属ストリツプの両面に相対す
    るようにプレナムチヤンバを対設し、該両プレナ
    ムチヤンバの対向面に金属ストリツプとの間に静
    圧域が形成されるように冷風を吹付けるノズルパ
    ツドを両プレナムチヤンバの高さ方向交互に設け
    て薄手の金属ストリツプを両プレナムチヤンバ間
    にて蛇行状形態で移動させるようにした竪形炉の
    冷却装置において、両プレナムチヤンバを夫々水
    平動し得るように支持し金属ストリツプの厚さに
    応じ両プレナムチヤンバの間隔を調整し得るよう
    にしたことを特徴とする竪形炉の冷却装置。
