Claims (1)
備えた発振回路を備え、発振回路の出力に基づき
検出出力を出すよう構成された近接スイツチにお
いて、 補償用抵抗と補償用コンデンサを直列接続した
ものを、検出用インダクタンスに対して並列に接
続して温度補償を行うものであつて、 補償用抵抗は、第1の抵抗と負温度係数を有す
る第2の抵抗とを並列接続して構成されることを
特徴とする近接スイツチ。 (2) コンデンサおよび検出用インダクタンスを
備えた発振回路を備え、発振回路の出力に基づき
検出出力を出すよう構成された近接スイツチにお
いて、 補償用抵抗と補償用コンデンサを直列接続した
ものを、検出用インダクタンスに対して並列に接
続して温度補償を行うものであつて、 補償用抵抗は、正温度係数を有する第1の抵抗
と負温度係数を有する第2の抵抗とを並列接続し
