示順序決定機能である。以上、機能1゜2.3は、中央
計算撮画に設けることにする。

た作業指示機能と、その作業情報を中央システムに報告
する作業情報報告機能と、作業情報に応じて消費される
材料および部品等の在庫を管理する在庫管理機能とから
成る生産管理システムにおいて、 (1)上記生産工程で各部品、製品を加工、組立てるの
に必要な生産情報と、材料、部品等の在庫情報を表示す
る手段と、 (2)各工程における生産数量を用いて、消費された材
料、部品等の使用量を算出する手段と、 (3)その算出されたデータをもとに在庫数を更新する
手段とより成ることを特徴とする生産指示方式。
