素子の断面図であり、図中１ａ，１ｂは防湿フイ
ルム、２ａ，２ｂはリード端子、３は透明電極、
４は発光層、５は絶縁層、６は背面電極、７は外
部電極端子、７ａは外部電極端子の爪を示す。
したＥＬ素子の断面図、第５図は従来公知のＥＬ
素子の断面図であり、図中１ａ，１ｂは防湿フイ
ルム、２ａ，２ｂはリード端子、３は透明電極、
４は発光層、５は絶縁層、６は背面電極、７は外
部電極端子、７ａは外部電極端子の爪を示す。
Claims (1)
- 一対の電極にリード端子を各々電気的に接続し
これを防湿フイルムにより密封してなるＥＬ素子
に、該防湿フイルムの外側から外部電極端子の爪
をリード端子に接触、貫通せしめることにより接
続し、この外部電極端子を通じて電極に電気を供
給する構造としたＥＬ素子。
