す部分断面正面図である。第４図は従来の歯形サ
イジング用金型を表し、左半部は歯形サイジング
前、右半部は歯形サイジング後の状態を表す部分
断面正面図である。 記号の説明、２……パンチ、４……素材固定具
、８……調心部材、９……ダイ。

Claims (1)
- 同一軸線に設けられたパンチ２及び素材固定具
４と、該素材固定具４を前記軸線方向に変位自在
に保持するダイ９を備えた歯形サイジング用金型
において、前記素材固定具４と前記ダイ９との間
に弾性を有する調心部材８を介在させ、予備成形
素材１が自動調心されるように構成したことを特
徴とする歯型サイジング用金型。
