Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 映像信号及び同期信号を出力するカメラ部と、 このカメラ部からの映像信号及び同期信号によ
    り映像を写し出すモニター部と、 前記カメラ部からの信号を入力して垂直同期信
    号と、垂直同期信号及び水平同期信号が混合され
    たコンポジツト同期信号を出力する同期分離回路
    と、 この同期分離回路からの垂直同期信号とコンポ
    ジツト同期信号に基づき、前記モニター部に写し
    出される映像の特定領域を設定するウインドウ設
    定回路と、 このウインドウ設定回路にて設定された特定領
    域に対応する映像信号を積分してホールドし、こ
    のホールドした値を数フイールド毎に比較してそ
    の差が基準電圧を越えるときに第１の検出信号を
    出力する第１の比較回路と、 該第１の比較回路を動作させるタイミング信号
    を出力するタイミング信号発生回路と、 前記第１の比較回路から出力される第１の検出
    信号の発生に応答して報知を行なう報知回路と、 を有する監視カメラ装置において、 前記ウインド設定回路により設定された特定領
    域の外側の特定領域外を設定する領域外設定回路
    と、 この領域外設定回路にて設定された特定領域外
    に対応する映像信号を前記タイミング発生回路か
    らのタイミング信号に応答して積分してホールド
    し、数フイールド毎に比較してその差が基準電圧
    を越えるときに第２の検出信号を出力する第２の
    比較回路と、 この第２の比較回路からの第２の検出信号が発
    生したときには前記第１の比較回路からの第１の
    検出信号を前記報知回路に供給するのを阻止する
    ゲート回路と、 を有することを特徴とする監視カメラ装置。
