Claims (1)
介して固定するための締め付けボルトを、締め付
けたり取り外したりする鉄道レール用締め付けボ
ルトの緊解機であつて、 前記レール上を駆動機構によつて走行可能とさ
れる走行台車と、この走行台車に固定されたコラ
ムに略水平面内に沿つて旋回可能に設けられたア
ームと、このアームの先端に取り付けられ、レー
ル締め付け状態のボルトを検知するボルト検知モ
ード、および前記レール基盤にあけられたボルト
穴を検知するボルト穴検知モードを有するボルト
センサと、前記アームに沿つてスライダを介して
スライド可能にかつ上下動可能に設けられた前記
ボルトを緊解するソケツトレンチと、前記走行台
車上に配設され、ワツシヤ付きボルトを多数収容
するボルトストツカと、このボルトストツカにワ
ツシヤ付きボルトを送り込んだり、ボルトストツ
カからワツシヤ付きボルトを取り出したりするボ
ルトフイーダと、前記スライダに旋回可能に取り
付けられ、その旋回動作により、前記ソケツトレ
ンチと前記ボルトフイーダの間にわたつてワツシ
ヤ付きボルトを受け渡すフインガとを備えるとと
もに、 前記ボルトセンサの検知信号を受けることによ
り、前記走行台車の駆動機構を停止させ、その状
態で、 ボルトセンサがボルト検知モードであるときに
は、ソケツトレンチを上下動・スライドさせ、か
つ、ソケツトレンチにボルトセンサが検知したボ
ルトを抜く作動を行わしめ、次いで、アームとフ
インガを旋回させてワツシヤ付きボルトをソケツ
トレンチからボルトフイーダに渡し、このボルト
フイーダから前記ボルトストツカにワツシヤ付き
ボルトを送り込ませ、 また、ボルトセンサがボルト穴検知モードであ
るときには、ワツシヤ付きボルトを、ボルトフイ
ーダによつてボルトストツカから取り出させた後
アームとフインガを旋回させてボルトフイーダか
らソケツトレンチに渡し、次いで、ソケツトレン
チを上下動・スライドさせ、かつ、ソケツトレン
チに、ボルトセンサが検知したボルト穴にボルト
を装着させる動作を行わしめる制御ユニツトが装
備されていることを特徴とする鉄道レール用締め
