Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) パイプ先端の開口部に流体用の孔を設けた
第１の板を取付け、該第１の板に間隔をあけて第
２の板を支持し、該第１の板と該第２の板との間
の外周部分でスリツトノズルを形成したことを特
徴とするスリツトノズル装置。 (2) スリツトノズルを形成する第１の板と第２
の板を複数組設け、該複数組の板をパイプの先端
に縦列に取付けたことを特徴とする請求項１記載
のスリツトノズル装置。 (3) 複数組の板に形成した流体用の孔の大きさ
を、パイプの先端から先の方に位置するものほど
大きくしたことを特徴とする請求項２記載のスリ
ツトノズル装置。 (4) 複数組の板に形成した流体用の孔の数を、
パイプの先端から先の方に位置するものほど多く
したことを特徴とする請求項２記載のスリツトノ
ズル装置。
