Claims (1)
配線基板に装着して検査されるパツケージを保持
するパツケージ固定板と、前記パツケージ固定板
をその主面が略水平及び鉛直となるように揺動自
在に支持すると共に略鉛直な位置において係止す
る係止手段を有する支持機構と、前記パツケージ
を前記パツケージ固定板との間に挟むように配置
し且つ前記パツケージ固定板に押圧して固定する
押え板と、前記パツケージ固定板及び押え板の少
なくとも一方に夫々設けられ前記パツケージ上の
所定の電子部品の端子部に接触可能な少なくとも
１つの入力プローブピン及び出力プローブピンと
、前記出力プローブピンの少なくとも１つに接続
されたマイクロプローブと、前記出力プローブか
らの出力信号をケーブルを介して受信する同軸リ
レー回路部とを備え、前記パツケージ固定板及び
押え板の少なくとも一方に前記調整部に対応する
開口部を形成するようにしたことを特徴とするパ
