INDUSTRIAL APPLICATION FIELD 1 The present invention relates to a method for adjusting the nip pressure of an apron that grips a fiber bundle, which is used in a draft device of a spinning machine. [Conventional technology or general drafting devices have an apron belt as the middle roller portion. With long aiFl like wool, there is almost no drafting between the back roller and middle roller,
Drafting is performed between the back roller and front roller,
The apron belt pushes the draft all# bundle and causes it to slip between 811. A representative example of this technique is JP-A-59-228027. The draft device shown in this example uses an apron tensioner. The apron tensioner is pressed by pressing a pressure bar supported by a spring box in the top roller support that supports the top roller by the elastic force of the spring, and creates a nip pressure between the bottom apron and the top apron. However, the nip pressure is determined by the elastic force of the spring. Once the spring is incorporated into the spring box, its elastic force cannot be changed, and the spring itself must be replaced if the nip pressure is to be changed significantly. Therefore, it has not been possible to finely change the nip pressure depending on the type of fibers constituting the sliver. In the above conventional technology, it is difficult to adjust the pressing force as described above, and if the adjustment is incorrect, it will not be possible to cause appropriate slippage between the IIi fibers, which may cause draft unevenness and single fiber breakage. became. KProblems to be Solved by the Invention In view of the above points, the present invention aims to provide a means for easily adjusting the pressing force between the aprons. Means for Solving Problem K] An adjustment screw is passed through the apron pressing member provided at the tip of the apron tensioner until it reaches the tensile bar surface, and the pressure between the apron pressing member and the tensile bar is changed by the adjusting screw. Adjust the apron nip pressure. Example: An example of an apparatus for carrying out the method of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. Figure 1 shows the manufacturing process of a spinning system, and is an example of a so-called air spinning device that uses an air vortex. The sliver S drawn out from a can 1 is attached to a bag that actively rotates while being in pressure contact with a part of the outer periphery of the upper and lower parts. Roller 2. It passes through a middle roller 4° equipped with an apron 3 and a front roller 5, is drafted, is spun by an air spinning nozzle 6, passes through a pick-up roller 7, and is wound up as a package by a winding device (not shown). is characterized by a method of adjusting the nip pressure between the aprons 3, 3. FIG. 2 shows the main parts of a draft roller having aprons 3, 3. The draft belt includes a middle bottom roller 4a, a middle top roller 4b, a front bottom roller 5a, a front top roller 5b, and a bottom apron 3a.
, a top apron 3b is supported on the outer periphery of a middle top roller 4b, and the top apron 3b is subjected to appropriate tension by an apron tensioner 11. Middle top roller shaft 12. The front top roller shaft 13 is connected to the top roller support 1
4 (see Figure ?j51), and the top roller support 14 is supported by a frame (not shown) so that the front roller side can be raised. Spring box 15 in top roller support 14
The bottle 17.18°1 is biased by a spring 16.
9 is installed to press each roller shaft 12, 13 and the lower side 20 of the apron tensioner 11, and apply a pressing force to the nip of the apron 3b. As shown in FIG. 3, an apron pressing member 21 is integrated with the tensioner 11 by screwing its tail portion 22 to both ends of the lower side portion 20 of the tensioner 11. An adjustment screw 23 is provided inside the tip of the apron pressing member 21, and as shown in FIG. 24 has reached the surface. 1. In the top apron 3b, the bottle 18 pushed by the elastic force of the spring 16 pushes the tensioner 11, and this force is transmitted to the bottom apron 3a via the apron pressing member 21 provided at the tip of the tensioner 11. However, by adjusting the adjustment screw 23,
The above pressing force can be changed as appropriate. That is, by pushing in or pulling up the adjustment screw, the range of contact force exerted by the spring-biased pin 18 can be finely adjusted.

According to the method of the present invention, there is no need to replace the spring in the spring box of the top roller support.
Pressure between the aprons by simply turning the adjustment screw
Since this can be finely adjusted, it is possible to easily adjust the pressing force that causes appropriate slippage between the fibers.
