１−２はＬＳＩ、２は固定枠、２ａは側壁、４は
サーマルコンパウンド、５は蓋、１３は伝熱部材
、１３−１は保持板、１３−１ａは凹部、１３−
１ｂ，１３−４ａは貫通孔、１３−２はねじ板、
１３−３は積層板、１３−４は接合金具、１３−
５は小ねじ、を示す。

Claims (1)
- プリント板１に実装された発熱素子１−２の上
面に密着して上下両面を挟持するように成形した
熱伝導の良い保持部材１３−１，１３−２と、熱
伝導の優れた複数枚の薄板を重層した積層板１３
−３と、冷却風と接触する固定枠２の側壁２ａに
接合する熱伝導の優れた接合金具１３−４とを連
結したことを特徴とする空冷用電熱部材の構造。
