Claims (1)
- 高発熱機器への取付部を有し格子状に形成され
たヒートパイプ格子と、このヒートパイプ格子の
一方の面に接合された熱伝導率および剛性の高い
材料を使用した薄いフエースシートと、上記ヒー
トパイプ格子の格子の形状に適合する格子形状を
なしてこのヒートパイプ格子の他方の面に接合さ
れ高剛性の材料を使用したステイフナとよりなる
高熱伝達軽量パネル。
