Claims (1)
- ピストン弁とシリンダーの間を非接触とし、そ
の間のシールにラビリンスシールを用い、排気す
る気体を圧縮せずに、輸送する事により、減圧も
しくは真空を得る機構を、一つの軸上に２段以上
並べる、多段ラビリンス型真空ポンプ。
