Claims (1)
- 軸受箱内に軸受を介して主軸を支持してなる主
軸ヘツドに組込まれる軸封装置を、軸受箱先端に
固着されるリテーナと、主軸の上記リテーナとの
対向位置に嵌挿され、リテーナの内周面側にラビ
リンス隙間を形成するラビリンスシールと、一端
がエア供給源に接続され、他端がラビリンス隙間
に開口するエア供給孔と、一端がラビリンス隙間
を後部側に開口するエア排出孔とによつて構成し
、エア供給孔とラビリンス隙間前部側とによつて
第１のエア流路を形成し、エア供給孔とラビリン
ス隙間後部側とによつて第２のエア流路を形成し
、この第２のエア流路を第１のエア流路より長く
したことを特徴とする軸封装置。
