動溶接装置を示した斜視説明図、第2図は支持格
子の組立直前状態を示す要部の斜視図、第3図は
同上組立直後状態を示した要部の斜視図、第4図
は従来の支持格子溶接態様を示した斜視説明図、
第5図は支持格子の一部平面説明図である。 1……電気制御部、2……基台、3……主送り
機構、4……従送り機構、4a……従送り機構の
走行部、5……溶接トーチ、X……支持格子、S
……支持格子の交点間隔。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 基台には、電気制御部からの送り信号によ
    り一直線方向へ支持格子の交点間隔だけ移送され
    る主送り機構を設けると共に、上記主送り機構に
    は、前記電気制御部からの送り信号により、当該
    主送り機構の送り方向と直交する直線方向へ、そ
    の走行部が支持格子の交点間隔だけ移送される従
    送り機構を設け、当該従送り機構の上記送行部に
    は、前同電気制御部からの溶接信号により所定経
    時だけ稼動する所要数の溶接トーチが、下向きに
    取り付けられてなる支持格子の交点溶接部自動溶
    接装置。 (2) 走行部に取り付けた溶接トーチが、複数個
    であつて、これらの溶接トーチが何れも支持格子
    の交点溶接部直上配置となるよう離設されている
    請求項(1)記載の支持格子の交点溶接部自動溶接
    装置。
