Claims (1)
搬送する搬送コンベア、スライス後のスライス食
品を搬出する搬出コナベア、両コンベア間に位置
し回転刃の刃先が当接して当該食品をスライスす
る長方形状の固定調理台をスライサー本体内に夫
々配設し、前記搬送コンベアはパスルモーターを
駆動源として被スライス食品の移動停止が適宜可
能な如く設け、左右方向にコンベア幅より長いス
ライド部を有するエアーシリンダをスライサー本
体内に角度調整自在に配設し、スライス部をエア
ーシリンダのスライド部で左右方向にスライド可
能な如く保持させると共に該スライス部の回転刃
の刃先が前記固定調理台に位置する状態に形成し
、スライス部はステツプモーターを駆動源とし且
つスライド部の両端に回転切替え用の切替スイツ
チを設けて一方向のスライド毎に回転刃が反転す
る如く形成し、更に前記搬送コンベアのコンベア
停止時にスライス部が左右にスライド移動する如
