にして旋回する先端に鋭利縁があるナイフと、ベ
ツド面の両側にあつてナイフの両側に係合する傾
斜カム面を備え、縦方向に取り付けられており、
開口内におけるナイフの角度を加減し、ナイフの
鋭利先端縁をベツド面との関係において上下させ
て食品から切り取るスライスの厚みを加減するス
ライデイングバーと、ナイフがあらかじめ、設定
した厚みのスライスを切り取るようにスライデイ
ングバーの位置決めをする手段とからなることを
特徴するキツチンスライサー。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項に記載のキ
ツチンスライサーにおいて、各スライデイングバ
ーが一対の対向つがいカム面を形成しており、ナ
イフブレード端部に亜鉛形カム従動部があり、そ
の拡大端部がつがいカム面の間にはまつて拘束さ
れることを特徴とするキツチンスライサー。 (3) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項または第2
項に記載のキツチンスライサーにおいて、ベツド
面の一端の回転ノブがスライデイングバーに接合
されており、ノブの回転運動がスライデイングバ
ーの縦方向運動に変換されて開口内におけるナイ
フの角度が調節されることを特徴とするキツチン
スライサー。
