- 大電流負荷に接続するスイツチングトランジス
タのベースを、小電流負荷に接続するスイツチン
グトランジスタ制御用トランジスタの電源側端子
に接続し、そのスイツチングトランジスタ制御用
トランジスタのベース電流をＯＮ−ＯＦＦするこ
とにより大電流負荷および小電流負荷への電流を
ＯＮ−ＯＦＦすることを特徴とするスイツチング
回路。
