Claims (1)
- ＩＣ等に正、負の両極性の電圧を供給する電圧
供給優先制御回路において、ラインをＯＮ／ＯＦ
ＦするＦＥＴトランジスタとＯＮ／ＯＦＦを制御
する為、ＦＥＴトランジスタにバイアスを与える
バイアス抵抗を備え、電源投入時のいかなる条件
に対しても、正側の電圧が負側の電圧よりも先に
負荷に供給されるようにしたことを特徴とした電
圧供給優先制御回路。
