せるため、高価な表面処理を施した外筒14、及
び中筒13を組み立てなければその操り出し操作
感が正常であるか否かを判断する事ができず、そ
の操り出し操作感が異常であつた場合、外筒14
及び中筒13を高価なスクラツプとしてしまう無
駄を防止可能としている。
