面図、第２図は平面図、第３図は第２図のシリン
ドリカルレンズ部分を示した拡大図、第４図は第
３図に示したシリンドリカルレンズの第１の変形
例を示す断面図、第５図は第２の変形例を示した
説明図、第６図は第３の変形例を示した説明図で
ある。第７図〜第１０図は、従来の走査光学系を
示したものであり、第７図はｆθレンズの倍率が
比較的高い場合の副走査断面図、第８図は第７図
のシリンドリカルレンズ部分の拡大図、第９図及
び第１０図はｆθレンズの倍率が比較的短い場合
の副走査断面図である。 ｛１０……半導体レーザー、１１……コリメー
トレンズ｝（光源部）、１２……シリンドリカル
レンズ（第１の結像光学系）、２０……ポリゴン
ミラー（偏向器）、３０……ｆθレンズ（第２の
結像光学系）。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 略平行光束を発する光源部と、 光源部から発する光束を偏向させる偏向器と、 光源部と偏向器との間に設けられ、光束の偏向
    方向に対して垂直な方向にパワーを持つと共に、
    主点位置が前記光源部側に突出し、光束を前記偏
    向器の近傍で線状に結像させる第１の結像光学系
    と、 偏向された光束を走査対象面上に結像させる第
    ２の結像光学系とを有することを特徴とする走査
    光学系。 (2) 前記第１の結像光学系は、前記光源部側に
    凸面を向けたメニスカスレンズであることを特徴
    とする請求項１に記載の走査光学系。 (3) 前記第１の結像光学系は、光源部側の面の
    曲率半径をｒ１、屈折率ｎ、焦点距離ｆとして、 ｒ１＜ｆ・（ｎ−１）／ｎ の条件を満たすことを特徴とする請求項２に記載
    の走査光学系。 (4) 前記第１の結像光学系は、正負２枚のレン
    ズの組み合せであることを特徴とする請求項１に
    記載の走査光学系。
