Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 対向配置された固定締付金具と可動締付金具と
    で把持材を締め付ける締付装置を形成し、この可
    動締付金具に流体シリンダを連結して該流体シリ
    ンダの締付側供給口又は締付解除側供給口に流体
    を供給して把持材の締め付け、締付解除を行うよ
    うにした把持装置において、 前記可動締付金具と流体シリンダ間に補助シリ
    ンダを設け、且つ、この補助シリンダのピストン
    の位置を検出するピストン位置検出器を設けると
    ともに、把持材の締付解除時にこのピストン位置
    検出器の出力信号により設定時限後前記締付解除
    側供給口への流体供給を停止するようにしたこと
    を特徴とする把持装置。
