Claims (1)
- 内部に少くとも２個のシリンダ部とこのシリン
ダ部に連通する流体通路が形成され、上面にワー
クを載置する本体と、一端が前記シリンダ部に摺
動可能に嵌合し、他の一端が本体の上面に突出す
る少くとも２本のピストンと、これら各ピストン
の上端に固定され、本体上に載置されたワークの
固定部の上方に突出する少くとも２個のクランパ
と、前記ピストンの一方に固定されたドツグと、
このドツグの通路に対向するように所定の間隔で
配置された２個の検出手段とを設けたことを特徴
とするワーク取付具。
