- 両面に電極を有する中高圧用素子基板と、フー
プ材から打ち抜かれ、前記電極に接続された端子
と、前記素子基板を覆う外装樹脂とで構成され、
前記端子が外装樹脂の底面と略同一面上に露出し
ていることを特徴とする電子部品。
